We will check the error and send you the tickets again to the correct email.

Booking and vouchers

Yes, it´s right. For round trip ticket you receive 1 ticket for each person, keep your tickets and use it for return.
Due to the purchase policy of the airport, tickets are not reimbursable.
However, the ticket is open and has a validity of 1 year from the date of purchase, if the flight you had planned to take has been canceled or you have changed the dates of your trip, you can use it within the validity period of 1 year.
Tickets are valid for 1 year and are not nominated. No seat number. Usually, you can get any bus every 20-40 minutes after your flight landed.
In some cases, we have been informed that the system has not correctly generated the download link, in that case send us an email to indicating the reservation code you will find in the email. We will send you the tickets again to your email as soon as possible. If you need the tickets urgently, please contact us by phone.
Once the payment is completed, a CONTINUE button will appear on the purchase confirmation page, press it to return to our page and download the tickets immediately. We will also email you a link to download your tickets to the email indicated in the purchase process.
In the link to download the tickets you will find a PDF file with the number of tickets purchased, one for each passenger. In the case of round-trip tickets, it is very important that each passenger always use the same ticket.
The same round trip tickets are valid for two trips, separated by at least 3 hours from their first use. The round trip tickets cannot therefore be used simultaneously (it is not allowed to use a round trip ticket for 2 people on the same route).

In any case, go directly to the bus, the driver will scan the QR code that appears on your ticket. It is not necessary to go through the airport ticket office.
Normally the flights are very regular, every week the same flights are produced at the same times by the same companies, however they can be altered for reasons unrelated to the service (strikes, breakdowns, cancellations ...).

the duration of the trip is usually 1 hour 15 minutes, we recommend take the bus 4 hours before flight departure
Once you leave the terminal, go directly to the bus and show the tickets to the driver (printed or on the smartphone). You do not have to queue at the box office.
